Payment Policies

Warren Clinic physicians participate in many PPOs. Applicable co-pays, payment for non-covered services, or payment for services for which the patient files the claim are expected at the time of the visit. Major credit cards are accepted as payment. The clinic will file for payment from your primary insurance company if your physician is a participating provider for your plan. The patient is ultimately responsible for payment. Should substantial medical services be required and the patient is unable to pay the full amount, a payment plan will be arranged.
