What is
an Orthopaedic Surgeon?
An orthopaedic
surgeon specializes in the treatment of disorders of the bones and joints.
Orthopaedic surgeons also identify and treat muscular and nerve disorders.
Orthopaedic surgeons provide non-operative and operative evaluation
and treatment of fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, tendon injuries,
nerve injuries, and other disorders of the musculoskeletal system and
nervous system.
Patrick
R. Gannon, M.D., earned his medical degree from Washington University
School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1993. He completed his
internship and residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Gannon is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Chad E. Crawley, D.O., earned
his medical degree at OSU and graduated in 2002. He completed his
Internship and Residency at Pinnacle Health Systems Community General
Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, PA in 2007.
