The McAlester Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is a joint venture between Warren Clinic - McAlester Division and McAlester Regional Health Center (MRHC).

The ASC, which opened in September of 2001, is a multispecialty ambulatory surgery facility with two main OR's, two endo rooms, and an eye laser room. An average of 300 procedures are performed monthly in the specialties of Ophthalmology, Arthopedics, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Podiatry and Dental.
