Scheduled Appointments

The appointment desk is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so other patients who need appointments may be seen.

For the best care and service, it is recommended you make your appointment as far in advance as possible. Depending on the physician's schedules, routine examinations may be scheduled several months in advance. We also ask that co-payments be paid at the time of service.
