Howard S. Berlin, M.D., earned his medical degree at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York in 1981. He completed his internship at St. Barnabus Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, and his residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Berlin is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
